Learning Analytics refers to the field that measures, collects, analyzes and reports data from diverse sources such as learning platforms, admissions tests, academic records, student interactions in discussion forums, and virtual libraries. An example of Learning Analytics in practice is creating a forecast of student performance by interpreting their learning data.
