What is Experiential Learning (EXL)?
Experiential learning (EXL) or Experience-based Learning is the process of education through live, “hands-on” interaction with subject matter. Not all “hands-on” lessons qualify as experiential learning—"learning through reflection on doing” is what defines EXL.
